As a second-generation real estate professional, Andrew understood from early on that success in real estate is built on trust and integrity. These qualities, coupled with a great work ethic, are crucial for producing successful results for his clients.
Andrew witnessed the growth of the Las Vegas valley first hand, as he grew up in the Real Estate business. At a very young age, he knew he wanted this to be his profession. Summers spent in his father’s land development business allowed him to gain valuable insight on how deals were made as well as obtain a comprehensive understanding of the Las Vegas market.
During much time spent in his father’s office and by learning new disciplines from senior brokers, Andrew naturally carved out his niche in Retail and Land within the valley. He had already worked through a few complex transactions while in the maturing stages of his career and came to enjoy the problem-solving aspects of his work.
Andrew has a youthful and tenacious approach to his work and has an advanced knowledge of Real Estate for his age. These qualifications allow him to find opportunities for retailers, developers and investors alike. Even the most seasoned professionals wouldn’t consider putting forth the effort that Andrew comfortably displays on a day-to-day basis.
Some of his previous land assignments include buying, entitling, and selling land for residential and commercial pad developments. On the retail side, he is actively representing some larger retailers such as KFC and Superior Tire, on site acquisition and negotiation of Build-to-Suit leases.
During his time outside of Virtus Commercial, Andrew is ardently finishing up his Bachelors Degree in Finance at the University of Nevada, Las-Vegas and is a member of ICSC.
