Right out of High School, Kari knew that Real Estate was going to be her career. She started as a file clerk with the Board of Realtors in Wayne County, Michigan, and while there, began to work her way up the ladder. In 1994, Kari and her husband transplanted themselves in Las Vegas, in order to get away from the freezing temperatures and snow that Michigan is so famous for. They were thrilled to be in Las Vegas during the time of positive business growth and fell in love with the heat of the summers.
Kari started as a receptionist with a small commercial management company, where she worked her way to becoming a Leasing Agent and leased properties for a couple of years following. Eventually, she moved her way into the management of executive suites, where she excelled in the daily operations, and sales, as well as exceeded expectations for customer service, for all clients and their businesses.
Future goals for Kari include obtaining her Real Estate license and Property Management certificate in the State of Nevada, as she enjoys and thrives on the day-to-day operations of not just managing properties, but working so closely with Owners and Tenants alike, to ensure that each and every Owner and/or Tenant is comfortable and content with the ability she displays to get things done and done efficiently. Kari believes that working the way she does, builds a trust that is necessary in this industry.
When not in the office, Kari, her husband, and their son enjoy spending their free time together, by camping and hiking in areas such as Arizona, Utah and along the Colorado River.
