Roz began her career as a secretary at an advertising agency, and later worked for a top full-service real estate services firm for several years, where she soon moved on in the company as a graphic designer. Later in the same position, she was involved in structuring and organizing the start-up of an in-house graphic design department. She comes to Virtus Commercial with 20+ years of experience in office administration and graphic design.
