As a local and having grown-up and lived in Las Vegas, for 40-years, Gary has witnessed tremendous growth and change within the city. In 1984, his Father opened a Korean & Japanese supermarket on Spring Mountain Rd. This became the beginning of the Chinatown theme in Las Vegas. At the age of 15, he began working in the family business, and there he learned the value of hard work, customer care, honesty, loyalty and the most important thing….he learned to treat customers like family.
Gary has 30-years of retail business experience and knows the ins and outs of all sorts of small businesses. Now as a commercial sales agent, Gary is highly motivated to bring the same services to sales and leases in commercial properties, and is extremely excited to be part of the Virtus Commercial team.
During his off time, Gary enjoys watching sports, especially his favorite team, the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels, during the Coach Tarkanian era. As well as spending time with his two great children, Jennifer & Mason.
