Cephas Karate Jiu Jitsu Academy signed a 38-month lease for 1,328 square feet of retail space at Caroline’s Court located at 7703 N. El Capitan Way, Suite 120, in Las Vegas. Geri Jameson of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, 7703 Partners; and Paul Jordan of Key Realty represented the lessee in the transaction.
