Designated Defense Security Services signed a 38-month lease for 1,121 square feet of office space at Augusta Park located at 1481 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 135, in Henderson. Geri Jameson of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Augusta Park 8, LLC, in the transaction.
