Troy Tobler, representing Virtus Commercial, as well as 4018 Volta LLC (landlord), worked diligently to get Findlay Credit Acceptance LLC a 53-month lease at a 4,609 square foot industrial building located at 3660 S Valley View Blvd. Gina O’Neal, also of Virtus Commercial, will be the Property Manager for this new tenant, as well as this location.
