Preston Abell and Jeff Mitchell worked closely with the landlord of the Crossroads Town Center (6436 N Decatur Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89131), renew the lease for their current tenants. Payless Shoesource will continue to occupy the 3,000 sq. ft. retail space for another 4 years.
