The Giving Store is opening up a second location in Henderson. They will be setting up their non-profit thrift store in a 1,600 sq. ft. space inside the Black Mountain Marketplace at 72 Horizon Ridge Pkwy Suite #B-125 Henderson, NV 89012. Jakke Farley & Jeff Mitchell represented the landlords; Blk Mtn 1 LLC & Blk Mtn 2 LLC and Hillary Steinberg of MDL represented The Giving Store, the new tenants. Amy Emanuel is the Property Manager for this location and for this new tenant for the next 3+ years.
